Independent by construction
Prism custodies none of the assets it grades and takes no issuer's word. Every signal is read first-hand from the contract and the live market, so a grade owes nothing to the party being graded.

The RWA trust standard
Tokenized assets are sold on a promise: somewhere, a vault or a fund holds what the token represents. That promise has never had an independent auditor. Prism reads the chain and the open market directly and reports what can be proven, what merely looks plausible, and what cannot be confirmed at all, as a single grade you can act on.
Prism custodies none of the assets it grades and takes no issuer's word. Every signal is read first-hand from the contract and the live market, so a grade owes nothing to the party being graded.
A verification states only what was observed: supply that matched or drifted, a market that filled or did not, a transfer that was open or gated. Where a stronger proof is simply absent, it says so rather than inventing confidence.
The result is not locked inside Prism. An issuer embeds the live seal on its own page, a wallet or protocol reads the same figure over the API, and the whole market points to one reference rather than a dozen self-reports.
Every grade here is also a public, key-free API: one asset, two compared, a whole portfolio scored, or a post-quantum-signed reserve attestation. The full reference, with examples, lives on the developer page.
