What happens on a dividend or a stock split?+
Corporate actions are applied through an on-chain multiplier (ERC-8056 uiMultiplier). Your raw token balance stays the same while the shares-per-token ratio changes, and the price oracle already accounts for it.

Not directly. Only Authorised Participants who have completed KYB onboarding can subscribe or redeem with the issuer. Everyone else buys and sells on the secondary market.
