No. This is a debt security giving economic exposure. It grants no legal or beneficial interest in the underlying shares and no rights against their issuer.
What happens on a dividend or a stock split?+
Corporate actions are applied through an on-chain multiplier (ERC-8056 uiMultiplier). Your raw token balance stays the same while the shares-per-token ratio changes, and the price oracle already accounts for it.
Can I redeem it for the underlying?+
Not directly. Only Authorised Participants who have completed KYB onboarding can subscribe or redeem with the issuer. Everyone else buys and sells on the secondary market.
Can US persons hold this?+
No. Stock Tokens are not registered under US securities law and may not be offered or sold to US persons. Offers are also restricted in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
